Somalia’s federal government foreign affairs minister and international cooperation, Ambassador Ahmed Moalim Fiqi who was on official visit in Cairo, Egypt held talks with his Egyptian counterpart Badar Abdilati in there on 23 December 2024.
The talks focused on strengthening the historic ties between the twou countries. Concentrating on special sectors just like cooperating on security, politics, heightening the diplomatic ties between the two countries and many more.
The relationship between the two sister governments said based on fruitful cooperation and historic ties which were very significant for the development of the two countries. The talks said gave more opportunities to make use of common interests of the two countries and nations.
